3 Ways To Gain Traffic To Your Website.
Everyone may know about these methods somehow, but let's take a look at the 3 most reliable and efficient ways to increase traffic to your website in time.
As a web developer, I know how to create an attractive and functional website that is worth more than the price charged to the customer. If it weren't added value in my head, I wouldn't bother trying to sell it. I soon realized that building the website was only half the challenge for my clients and increasing traffic was the next step. The top three well-talked ways are paying for traffic, sending emails to your mailing list (which takes time to build), and finally partnering with another website owner. This means that they send you traffic and you divide the profits with them 50:50. You can use software to track the number of visits to your mailings.
1. By buying traffic, you can target people who are already looking for your product. The biggest player here is Google. I'm sure you know them well For those new to this industry, anyone can purchase the listings that appear on the right-hand side whenever you do a Google search. You pay 5 cents and more for each click. You can have traffic to your website 5 minutes after setting up a Google Adwords account. Other search engines also offer this pay-per-click (PPC) service. The next step after paying for the traffic is to monitor the results. You can track the number of visits from various sources to focus on the ones that generate sales. Let's say you had 4 different ad sources that produced a total of $ 200 in sales and you spent a total of $ 80. That's a 250% profit margin. If I could see that the $ 20 spent on PPC A produced $ 0 in sales and the same for Advertiser B. Advertiser C generated $ 20 in sales, but Advertiser D generated $ 180 in sales. This is 900% profit, and you could therefore focus your ad dollars on that source to maximize profits. Each type of advertising must have a highly accurate tracking system.
2. Emailing a list is a next method that becomes your biggest asset over time. There is no overhead, and you can create a huge sales rush every time you send an email. I mentioned that a record should be between 10 and 33% in a previous article. This is the percentage of visitors you can expect to join a mailing list. By having autoresponders, you can bring these visitors back to your website. There is a good chance they will buy the second time around. If they leave, you can send them another email asking them to come back and have them come back until they have finally bought.
It is also important to know how often to email your list. The key here is to add value and regularly submit free content. Between asking them to buy something, sending something of value for free. Typically, once a month is a good amount of time between emails or more often depending on the market. Some people send emails three times a day and it works for them, but that's what works for my mentor, so as far as I know.
3. Joint Venture.
The strategy is simple, other websites send emails and place strategic links on your website to attract visitors to your website. You only pay them for the sales produced by any click. Generally, 50% of the profit is the best as it is an equal share.
The key here is to make it as easy as possible for your JV partner. Create emails for them, banner ads, and any other promotional materials that help them.
JV offers to allow you to build a lot of traffic to your site in a short period and build your mailing lists very quickly. You can get JV support from all established companies in the field you wish to enter if you approach them properly.
